This is quite possibly the longest post I have ever written. But it was a fun Thanksgiving week, and I wanted to remember all of it!
We headed down to College Station on Wednesday. We saw Shane's new house, and then went to dinner with him and Alicia.
The next morning, we cooked a yummy breakfast, and then headed out for a Thanksgiving Aggie tailgate!
We snapped a few family pictures when we got there!
And then did a lot of eating and a lot of relaxing! Bailey is obviously a pro at both of these...
That night, we had planned on just walking around the stadium and checking out Shane's office, but Ashlynn kept asking to "go sit inside" of the stadium, so we picked up our tickets and headed in!
The girls were TROOPERS! We stayed for the 2nd quarter and halftime. Ashlynn would cover her ears anytime it got to loud, and Bailey would just clap and yell along with everyone. Ashlynn saw everyone waiving white towels, so she started waving her corndog. We gave her a kleenex to wave and she was SO happy!
The next morning we woke up a {little} later, and then headed to Granny and Bampa's house!
We got to see my cousin and her little girl, which was fun!
We had put Zeus over to the side of the house, because he was whining a LOT in the front. Ashlynn kept crying for "my best friend Zeus". She went outside with my Bampa, and Mark went out to join her. He found her on the side of the house sharing her goldfish with Zeus. Sweet girl!
We spend Friday-Sunday morning at the lake and it was great. Beautiful weather and lots of relaxing.
Sunday morning, we headed back to Arlington for Thanksgiving with my dad and Lianna.
We played outside, ate some great food, and even got a visit from Mark's parents!
