Ashlynn has become obsessed with her Uncle Shane's Aggies. She will ask me "Is it Aggie Day?" so that she can wear her Aggie dress! I am not sure what she will do tomorrow when Uncle Shanes Ags take on Uncle Mike's Razorbacks! Yikes!

Hair, there and everywhere!
I have learned that one giant post can be much easier than short posts. Here are a bunch of pictures that I loved from the past month! We will call it a little "September Wrap Up"!
Ashlynn is obsessed with helping me with yard work. And even more so with the worms we find. She thinks they are all the same worm- Slobbery. Once they "get tired" she puts them back in the ground to "rest and not dry out"!
I snapped this after church one day. Love love love these smiles!
Mark was testing out his new shop vac, and gave Ashlynn a "Daddy-style" pony tail :)
Miss Priss is starting to become a fan of fun hairstyles
We had a fun evening with family and family friends recently, and got this cute picture of Cindy & I!
Bailey has entered the "tutu" phase. She wants to wear them ALL.OF.THE.TIME!
Mark and I got to go to the Cowboys pre-game with his work. It was such a fun night!
The girls bought balloons to take Granny in the hospital! They are so sweet to pray for her and Bampa (and so many others) each night.
We even ran into "Lee-sha" while we were there!
Last week, Mark and I went to a date at the concerts at the Arboretum. We had a little issue with keys getting locked into the car, so we ended up sitting on the curb and talking for an hour-and it was great. So thankful for time to just chat and laugh and enjoy one another.
We sat in the car in the parking lot once it got unlocked and listened to the Rangers game while Mark finished his "pity drink"!
Pigtails. Tutus. And Arbys (Barbies). Such a girly girl!
I got my hair done and took a shameless selfie ;)
Ice cream with friends
that led to a sugar crash!
These.sisters. They fight like cats and dogs-but are the best of friends!
Each of the girls got to pick new shoes. Same color, but different personalities! Ash went for comfort and laces, while B went for "Ballet shoes" with bows!
Next up...much needed haircuts!
It's a shame that B doesn't know how to get comfy :)
That night Ash had soccer practice, and wanted to show off her "muscles!"
And now, we are laying on the couch on the last leg of a stomach bug. So glad our girl is headed toward feeling better. Now here is to hoping no one else gets sick!

Week(end) in Review
Mark was out of town last week, so us girls tried to stay busy!
Thursday we went to the park with friends to enjoy the slightly cooler weather.
We had a play date afterwards, and these two girls reminded us of the stepsisters in Cinderella. Ash said "It fits! It fits!'
That afternoon we had to take Zeusy to the vet. The girls were so sweet to him, knowing that he was nervous.
On Friday, we went to Arlington and spent time with Grandma!
That night we enjoyed dinner and fun at Papa and Nonnie's!
On Saturday, we went to say goodbye to Granny at the hospital before she moved closer to home. Then we met up with Schmamy for lunch-it was such a beautiful day!
Up next-it was time for Daddy to come home! These girls sure missed him a lot!
I am pretty sure he missed them just as much ;)
That night we hit up one of our favorite restaurants for dinner. This was an epic fail of a family picture :)
Lions and Cheetahs and...Giraffes, oh my!
We headed to the zoo with friends last week, and had such a fun time! It wasn't crowded, and the girls just love seeing the animals.
Ashlynn wanted to "take a picture" with the lions!
The cheetah was front and center.
We watched an "Animal Encounter" with the zoo keepers and the girls loved it.
After that, we went to check on Granny in the hospital.
All of the fun tuckered these two out!
They woke up and spent the afternoon playing Barbie's!
