Here is a glance at our August!

We had a lot of "car selfies" this month. It was an easy way to entertain the girls during visit days.

Ash was "sharing" her umbrella

We went to the Arboretum on what we thought was a "cool" day, but left (sweaty!) after 1 hour

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

Mark and I got the chance to go to a Cowboys preseason game through his work, so the kiddos all got a fun night with Papa and Nonnie! The girls had a sleepover, and we just picked D up on our way home from the game.

Papa and Nonnie took the kids to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and it was BEYOND a hit. We are still obsessed with it :)

I think it is safe to say that the fun day wore these 3 out!

Back to School Date

Before school started, I wanted to take Ashlynn on a special lunch date.

She had been asking to have tea, so we went to a cute little tea room here in Richardson!

She was beyond thrilled, and even picked me out heels and a dress to wear :)

We had tea, lunch and even dessert! It was great to spend a little time just with my biggest girl, and something I want to make more of a habit of!
