Christmas at Gaga & Gator's

We had our first celebration at Gaga & Gator's house.  Gator was out of town, but Granny & Bampa and my brother & Alicia joined us!

Ashlynn woke up on Christmas Eve morning with all of the signs of strep.  Her and I loaded up and went to the walk in doctor. It was indeed strep, but I am so thankful we were able to be seen and get meds going.

We got back and had a yummy snack lunch.

Next up:presents!

The girls first gift was from Shane & Alicia. It was the most precious castle/barn, and was their way of asking the girls to be flower girls!

It was so much fun watching the girls pure excitement and gratitude over gifts.

We gave them their big gift from us that day: new bicycles!

We had a big dinner that night, and then we set out the rest of their gifts from us for Christmas morning.

December 2015

We did an "elf" this year. She came with a letter reminding us of the real reason for Christmas, and that our fun with her would be pointing us back to Him, and sharing His love. The girls LOVED it, and I think we enjoyed it to! (Minus the few days I forgot, or intentionally made her "sick!")

We also did Truth in the Tinsel. The girls would get a picture in our Advent box, and then color a coordinating ornament.

One day we made mangers for baby Jesus for a snack. Graham crackers, peanut butter and coconut for the win!

We decorated for Christmas...

And went to our town's Christmas parade!

Ashlynn and I also went with friends to see a short version of the Nutcracker at the library.

And we went out for dinner and pictures with Daddy!

We did a fun run with Gaga, and Ashlynn loved her new tennis shoes!

Surprise...there is the Target dog again!

Our friend Bailey had a fun Frozen party!

Mid party, B came down with a UTI. The rest of that week was spent indoors resting.

Once again I am missing pictures from my phone....GRR! Once I figure it out I will continue where I left off!
